I share the same feeling.  The stuffs for cooking are worse than hawker places.  All because of the fucking rents, I think.  The propery costs and rents are killing Hong Kong and the people are dying first.

其實佢做燒味起家. 依家燒味都仲可以保持水準. 不過真係太貴啦...

don't think so, as café de carol still ok (an the other brand).
I think it is due to they 'think' they are famous brand.

the food quality is worst. BBQ pork just like rubbish.
