a steak could either be pan fried, or grilled under high heat, but for both types of cooking methods, there should still be meat attached to the rib! in your case, there was no meat attached to the rib! It could be that the "steak" is boiled first, and then pan fried so it was tender?
anyways, as long as you enjoyed your meal, really not important how the "steak" was cooked; just curious by looking at your photos! |
