DEVELOPER PM 睇MARKETING面色，CONSULTANT 睇 PM， CONTRACTOR 睇 CONSULTANT。。。一日自已唔係李＋X都要做下家

你講得岩，不過除左design and build 之外，你講果個hierarchy 差5多去到最低既咪係判頭囉
AS 係借名，有form就簽，大多數而月薪計算，你認為每月有幾多錢？

I think what you need is to get beam pro.
AP is not necessary if you are willing to work for China projects. A lot around. Look for the future, HK is a very small city, China is a big country which still being developed.

如果主打國內，做咩要考BEAM Pro？ LEEDS AP would be more appropriate, isn't it?
AP 呢個資格，信我，越早考到越好。越遲只會越難。

LEED 而家都係大陸同外國PROJECTS 用，香港有左BEAM就已經BYEBYE
LEED 都不容易呢？不像BEAM 係OPEN BOOK，ANYWAY都會今年內KO埋
同埋而家好多FD都打算放棄BEAM PRO，又無咩用CPD又貴～～入BEAM都係搵乾收銀就算

i agree with you. Leed is better than beam pro for china project. but leed is much much harder than beam pro. beam pro can easily pass in one time without much study whereas leed need to study at least a month.
to get beam pro is just to get the qualification  so to let people know that you do have that kind of knowledge.
applying AP also do help. but seriously not essential for china project. however, of coz it won't hurt to get AP.
really depends the future path. some job do require AP requirement like those government job, which some people will never interested in it like me. now even developers are not looking for AP only.

LEED 認受性國際化好多，BEAM Pro 始終太localized，同埋CPD真係又貴又time consuming，實質回報非常唔明顯。事實上做BEAM Plus都傾向另請specialized consultant處理....
師兄係developer做？

used to work in developer but now in consultant.
much less stress and politics. i will say its very easy to work in consultants.
