Mats Söderlund (born 25 July 1969, Sweden) is a Swedish musician, best known under his stage name Günther, who began his career in 2004. In 2006, his song "Like Fire Tonight" was accepted into Melodifestivalen, a Swedish music competition. However, Günther and the Sunshine Girls finished sixth in the semi-final round and did not make the finals. Gunther's 2004 smash hit "Ding Dong Song" brought him world-wide recognition, with several tour dates across many ivy-league universities in the United States. His trademark mustache, pouting lips, hairless abdomen, and firm figure combined with his lifestyle of "Champagne, Glamour, Sex and Respect" has drawn the attention of several high profile celebrities and European royalty. Gunther has also performed several private non-charitable events.
