Murtinho y Asociados Arquitectos was desined of Los Heroes building, a office company building located in Santiago – Chile. As a main architectural concept for design, architect use relationship of leisure – nature with ludic and light expression exploration.

building strategy is to collect energy efficiently with a frontage development. This double-skin facade is a UV filter and a good component to isolate the comfort of the interior space. The strategy of inner transformation creates a circular base, transforming the former geometry, giving a smooth flow, and continuous functional, which links all areas of speech.

香港都有類似手法...



香港中文大學新建的科學實驗室專門大樓榮獲二零零六年香港建築師學會優異獎──社區建築項目。香港建築師學會評審團今日公佈獲獎名單，並認為該大樓的出色基地規劃，以及其外牆上的嶄新嘗試，奪得優異獎絕對實至名歸。

實驗室專門大樓除配置高新的科技設施，設計時更著重節省能源，兼顧科研和環保。大樓位於中央校園山坡，南眺大埔公路，北連科學館，樓高六層，總面積一萬一千平方米。其中五層共七十間實驗室均經專門設計，供理學院和醫學院研究單位使用，設備完善。

該大樓是全港第一幢特別設計作科學實驗之用，並嚴格符合國際標準的建築物。大學早在數年前已著手計劃興建事宜，在校園計劃委員會之下成立了建設委員會負責統籌，並公開招標，最後交由總部設於英國的羅麥莊馬香港有限公司設計。期間，建設委員會亦不斷諮詢大樓未來使用者的意見，以詳細了解他們的要求和期望，並嚴密監察工程的進度和素質。大樓的設計兼顧了建築物的功能，並與地形和周邊環境互相配合。

科學實驗室專門大樓設計意念新穎，首重安全，並能有效節省能源。其布局不僅便於使用，更有利不同學科的專家交流切磋。大樓在選料、實驗室裝備，以至燈光照明、空調和排風系統等安排，都配合上述的要求。

香港建築師學會稱讚該大樓獨特的外牆設計，輕易成為整個校園的焦點。評審團特別提及大樓的地形環境，對於建築師採取了實驗性的設計手法，將「元素周期表」表現在色彩豐富的大廈外牆上，予以高度評價。
