I have used a similar product using the same principle.
It does speed up the breathing/airing process.
But the disadvanatages are:
1. You cannot control the amount of airing.
2. The end process is 酒散哂. Especially for old vintage Bordeaux, they are not meant to be shaken.
My comment to use is : If you are in a hurry to drink an old vintage wine, use that for half a glass while you wait for the other part of the bottle in a decanter. Then you still can control the amount of airing for the rest of the wine in the decenter. |
