The magic of crossing the Victoia Harbour is basically done by film cutting and pasting and is not particular marvellous.
The magic of mark six is very superior. But I gussess that he does not know the number of mark six beforehand. If he know it beforehand, he does not need to peform magic. The only thing he needs to do is to bet mark six every time and he will be the richest people in the world.
I have a feeling he sets up some kind of delay on the video which gives him time to change the numbers accordingly to the real result. However, I have no idea how it was done.
I think that the tv is in "digiital HD mode" which has a few second delay with the real time.
If you put two TV together, one connected with traditional analogue signal and the other one connected with digitial HD signal. You will notice that there is a few second delay for the digital HD signal. If you notice carefully, he is wearing a earphone on the ear. Someone told him the special number (28) so that he has just enought time to announce the speical number beforehand. But his skill is very good. He can put mark 28 on the ball (out of 49 possible number) in a just few seconds time.
I reckon the delay can be extended (probably over 1 min) if needed. I am interested in finding the method he used to mark the balls with the correct numbers. That was quite astonishing.
