I think it is quite danger to work as a accountant in PRC. Because sometimes, the victim may require the accountant to take the responsibility, but not the boss/owner, as they cannot see the boss/owner, they only contact the accountant.

As they mentioned to me that they want to explore the new company in PRC in order to  connect the Chinese clients. As the role is assistant accountant, it is associated in the company financial group. I don't think we need to sigh the official documents and reports. It is just handling the budges and cash flows analysis.
