Hong Kong is the place of eatery heaven. The place with the highest quality of food where some of them that we sometimes just happened stumbling into and discovered in some unusual places. These places are not your well known/popular restaurant(s) and is very possible they are the hidden gem. That is why, it is important that we shall make an tremendous effort here to reveal these greatest places and to share with everybody. Lastly, of course, we do not leave out the popular restaurant(s) and our thoughtful feedback and comments, too.
