Try a lighter style of Pinot Noir e.g. Volnay, Chambolle-Musigny 1er cru, New Zealand Otago, Australian Mornington Peninsula etc with SUSHI, esp with oily fish like Saba, salmon, tuna, iwashi, archi, or raw beef or horse (Ma-sashi). You will thoroughly surpriced how a red could go with fish. |
