used so much money to build a reception and used so much of the 'communal area'...seems such a waste but I guess the residence don;t really care...

This is not for HK people at all, they target mainland chinese
When tuen mun town plaza got renovated last year, i realized it's gonna be the new town centre for the mainlanders
We have zara, watson cellar, agnes b chocolate & new jusco there now, i am sure there will be city super, fine dining restaurant & even soho district in the near future...
But don't be silly, all of these are not for u or me, but the mainlanders
