尺價係唔平, 我諗佢主打都係大六人, 香港人無乜理由買佢啦,

而家個市咁勁, 摸頂又未必

actually I wounder for the 1100SQ how come between 29-31 floors, there's such a big differences in price?? almost 100K more on EACH floor?? is it because 1 floor would be a sea view or not?!

And for the 10th & 11th floor-is even more shocking!!! nearly 390K for 1 floor?!?!?! surely 10th/11 floor can't have sea views??!?!

每層加十皮 ... 其實咁多年黎 ... 好多一手樓刀係咁 ... 你卵一卵 .... 如果買 10/f 同買 40/f 係同價 .. ...

Well I can understand If the view is different---ie) Next building view and Sea view ( and you pay for 1M, but 10K for each level....so if is 30x floors, then it would be nearly 4M to buy the SAME Size but different view?!?!?

(Personal opinion) To be honest Ching if is around 8K per square, it would be Very very resonable, as even Tun Mung Plaza is selling for 5.5K so IF is 8k for new build....then is very reasonable....

the price is very expensive. It is not worth to buy it in NT....
