C-hing, personally I think 趙國雄 won't 睇 5 上眼 gei, as I remembered he only lives in 半山壹號....so i guess 70M would cost a bit too much for him

to be honest, if a person is 高尚, then they won't choose Tun Mun...( not saying Tun Mun not good but we have to admit it can't be compare with something like Conduit road 39....and paying 70M in TM is just a nonsense....

to be honest, if a person is 高尚, then they won't choose Tun Mun...( not saying Tun Mun not good but we have to admit it can't be compare with something like Conduit road 39....and paying 70M in TM is just a nonsense...

Well...personally 1 thing good about this development is next to the West Rail line station and is a new apartment which central Tun Mun hasn't have it for a while..

And...everytime a new development situated on the MTR station would be at a high price...except for lohas park....

actually now...they call it Hong Kong East.....=-=...but I still don't know how their latest advert link it with Tai Koo Shing?!

A family originally lived in Tai Ko shing but found themselves live smaller even they have purchased a bigger apartment in Lohas park:
