The best values is the 華麗套票 from Sanado ($2,068) and the same pacakge (different name) from 東方 (I think it is $2,388). In addition to 1Q 60min, the package include 2xSFK, 1x45min Shanghai massage, and 2x水池(BB浴, 擦背). It will take at least 4 hours to finish, and 5-6 hours will be better.
In fact Macau sauna is a good example of marketing strategy. Each sauna has its own cutting-edge and customises for different clients. Have any buddies already posted a summary of the pros and cons of each major sauna? This should be a valuable information for those buddies who are not based in HK.

Most SN in Macau has sleeping area, basically a room with many bunk beds. They are reasonably comfortable for you to sleep, and have wake-up services as well.
The problem is there will be always people coming in and out, so could be a bit noisy
