I have read a book but can't remember the name of it. It mentions that it depends on what time you are in "deep sleep". For a normal people, the "deep sleep" time should be from around 1 am to approx. 5:30 am, i. e. 4.5 hours. If within that time you are in "deep sleep", even 4.5 hours sleeping is sufficient to support you to work on the following whole day. |
