但係我記得之前啲雜誌話入境處查到啲人所謂假結婚的觸發點就係國內的所謂老公/老婆以婚姻理由申請 ...

首先, 如果你明知男方性無能不行完婚
而你係其後仍以結婚為由申請來港
就會變左我#33所講, 法庭唔會接納你的申請

同埋正如smuck所講, 結婚唔會俾居港權你
大陸人申請來港係要大陸批的
而香港係根據大陸的批核俾你來港

至於你所講的問題
其實簡單d講係,
你同大陸人結婚
基本上無咩野令入境處要做, 所以唔會點理
但申請來港, 就要入境處搞, 所以會查
咁咪出事囉

Consummation means first time sex after marriage, ordinary and complete.

For women, non - conception is not incapacity.  By common law, for both men and women, to use the ground of non-consummation due to incapacity (for a decree of nullity), if structural, it should be incurable.  If psychological, incurable or not does not appear to be relevant.  All a matter of evidence.

That said, incapacity, incurable or not, makes the marriage voidable.

香港同性戀唔俾結婚你都知啦
至於外國, 唔識答你唔到

Even in most other countries, consummation, subject to exceptions,  is a requirement of marriage and the parties cannot be of the same sex (by structure or mind, depends on the country).

For the same sex, there is Civil Partnership which is equivalent to marriage.  As far as I know, consummation is not a requirement.
