does anyone know that is there any cigar bar or cigar clubs in Hong Kong?
I wanna find a indoor place to enjoy cigar and wisky!

The place I enjoy is Kinlonz Culture (乾隆文化) at CWB.

There are a few operate by PCC and I think they listed at the web site.

Btw, how is the average expenditure in Kinolnz Culture? Monthly club fee or membership fee?

You do not have to be a member and can go there enjoy a cigar. They have retail and can get single cigar if you want. Price is reasonable.
