30/7 就要去金門面試學徒計劃
我既目標係屋宇建造

希望成功啦

其實出貼係希望師兄提點下我面試有咩要注意...
因為我真係白紙黎..

If you are interested in construction field, how about studying Civil High Dip??

The industry market now is "hungry" for manpower for all ranges. If you could behave normally in the interview, I am sure you will be employed.

記時細細個幼稚園個時
個時係個巴士上過緊青馬橋
老豆就同我講青馬橋同新機場點起點起(老豆係一位建築工人石C 同紮鐡個方面,青馬橋同新機場佢都有份做 )
個時冇都唔識只係覺得好宏大好勁
可能就咁種下左種子

我唔敢講咩夢想但係真係好希望可以成功入行

I can anticipate your career path below.

1) TA & high dip civil and then....
2) Promote from TA to CS (construction supervisor) & study part time civil degree
3) After acquirng the degree, you could re-designated to Engineer
4) With adequate experience and completion of scheme A training, you are eligible to be assessed by ICE or HKIE.
5) If successful, you could have your chartership and then promote Assistant Project Manager.

Work hard and more importantly "to work with a heart" ~!

wah, many companies have TA scheme ga~!!

Almost all big companies like Leighton, Chun Wo, Hsin Cheong, China States.......
