sleepiness night as too much smell
Big rubbish trucks on the road all the time
1 supermarket in Lohas park
more than 10 mins walk to MTR
and many more.......

haha c-hing 5300HKD per sq really is cheaper than MANY 二手樓 in TKO, so haha....getting a 2nd hand quality is already good ga la....

I just hope the future residence won't get too many defect...

Reading from the above post, persoanlly i think there isn't a think called IMPOSSIBLE as back in SARS, many properties which are 5-6K now was only around 2-3 per square, so half the price.

BUT....without a good strategy of the government controlling the house prices, EVEN IF the crisis of the Euro zone and IF there's another recession in HK, I personally doubt the price of the current property market will drop HALF PRICE, ie) the midland property analysis quote average June housing price was 6200HKD per sq, so drop to around 3000HKD per square is almost impossible Unless there's another fetal infection like SARS?

And I also think that IF C-hing in this board requires to buy a property, then think carefully off course ie) your affordability etc...BUT to wait for another 5/6 yrs for a global recession?- I persoanlly don't think it is an issue-as the chances are, you will never be able to get onto the property ledder.

I personally if ur buying a property to live,and if u can afford it then go for it as the chances of waiting for the bottom?? price is almost impossible...

Again personal opinion.
