hehe c-hing, IF really is 有錢, then buy 雲暉大厦, happy valley:)--One of my favourite....(although i can never afford to have one =-=)  layout is v good for a new build and the balcony can put a table!!!

but i think at that time, it was just about 10K per square and for a new, HK island devleopment, it was consider to be reasonable, bare in mind that Tai Ko Shing was around 9K per square =-=

so no wonder the floor plan is so bad

Agreed with the comment.  The property developers must be more seriously regulated.

C-hing, to be honest, the developers don't really care about it....ALL they care about is HOW MUCH more 1HKD they can get out of the buyer!!!
