人地賣唔賣得出就唔知，至少都有條件叫價，但居屋叫1億，我就知一定比人話四川地震震壞個腦

每月要賣超過3.1萬串才夠交租

So..every day, he needs to sell 1000串...

if he do 12 hours a day....every hour would be.....83串

so every 5 minutes would be ....7串

So he has to sell 1串 every minute JUST TO PAY THE RENT!!!

Well...although yes, I do think he can sell 1 every minute gei but...he still has to pay the bills, himself, stocks, etc.....

煩惱 hing, you are definitely right, infact, I would say 雞旦仔成本 is around 0.2HKD....as more than that, he may as well not do..., as most of the snakes we purchase from these stores, really we are paying for their RENT! IF the rent is cheaper, then these snakes would be cheaper too...

As I just mentioned in the last post, 魚蛋舖仔 has to sell 1 EVERY minute for 12 hours a day, 7 days a week just to pay the RENT! so for 8HKD for 1, really the product would probbaly cost less than 0.2HKD and possibly the labour cost would be like 0.2HKD as well....

唔好話8元串魚蛋食水深, 大部份去晒租金......

Exactly la c-hing, hence I always say even if a post 80 work hard, we can never beat the increase prices of the land....
