Was she Illegal Immigrant? This is the key.

The HK police or the correctional services would send her back to Shenzhen. The Shenzhen correctional dept would keep her for around 5 days. THAT IS ALL!

If she is still missing, I guess:
1. She is an illegal immigrant, facing a jail 10-15 months in HK;
2. She lies. (I strongly believe she is lying)

OK... Try this...
If she was caught, she coudl not come back in a period of time, most likely 2 years.
If she comes back as 1 girl 1 room, ask how did she come into HK. If she tell you she went thro proper channel, she lied. If she stow away to HK, ask her the details, you should be able to tell whether she bull shit you.

Forget what her friends tells you, they are on the same side.

she's illegal... she got caught a few times before already.. she came to hk thru illegal way

i'm also really sure she's in shenzhen but i don't know for how long

by what i mean is that , she worked in hk a few months ago but got caught.. in which she's not allowed to come to hk then she came here by stow

Maybe she didn't get caught, just making up a story to get you off the way she is making money.

chingg... i'm really sure she isn't lying.......Um basically , She's from shenzhen and she started working here during June but then she got caught for a few times for staying.. so the police decided she can't come to HK for 2 years i think . She then came to hong kong through stowing

Well if that's the case, you are up the creek....so to speak.

I don't know what you want to do, even if she is able to come back illegally, then you need to know what you want to do.  She would be under constant threat of deportation.

If she is really an illegal immigrant, she will be prosecuted in law Court of HK and serve sentence here so I don't believe in this case.
