have been making soup every few days, as soon as finishing one big bowl, will make another one!
do not use 排骨, but pork bones are cheap here, $0.69 per pound, carrots are also cheap, so these two are the basic ingredients for all soup, and sometimes add green radish, or dried vegetables(菜干), with a few dried dates and figs and ginger; sometimes with core of pine apples when they are cheap and abundant as well!
apples are now in season, and will try pear for soup!
