我試過一家三口去星架坡,地勤問可否下一班機,可升呢到商務,當然一口應承,又可到候機室 club 飲茶食餐,
重有 500 元回贈.

Those are very good tips.

I got upgrade many times before about few years ago, now most of the airline are losing money, and it is much more difficult to get upgrade than before.

You really need to travel a lot and get the higher membership class in order to get upgrade more easily.

My friend who is a diamond member from CX and he said when he travel with the economic ticket, he will not get upgrade most of the time, but what he will get almost every time is double seats (that means no one will seat beside him so he gets more space), of course this is for diamond member ONLY, and not many people has the ability to fly that much in 1 year!!!

so, if you check in on line a day or 2 before and got a seat allocated, you would have no chance?

Also once you try business class/first class, it is very hard to go back and sit in economy again.
