謝謝解釋!
但始終都係門外漢,不是太明!
Don't really need to know the working principals behind..hehe. ESL (electrostatic) speaker's diaphragm needs a voltage charge to drive the diaphragm (force to move the diaphragm will make sound). That is why it need to plug into AC wall outlet. Trying to explain it simply. It sounds totally different from speakers we are used to listening. More open and transparent, well define sound stage..means it sounds better. Drawback is lack of bass , a bit thin on extreme highs, requires more power to drive and lower maximum sound pleasure produced (Don't sound very loud). Overall, sounds better than "normal" speakers to me, but cost much higher. |
