答案真系唔系我作, 系問一位老師攞.

佢話, 要考慮三年級生識幾多vocab,
從而選一個近義的字. 佢連初稿有suddenly都栅左,
另外所有sentences都用simple sentences.
理由系學生應該未學到complex sentences.
唔用scared 或 frightened, 系因為未教passive voice.

I think it depends on how you use:
It is OK with me. (verb to be) or
It sounds OK to me. (when with verbs like "looks", "seems", "sounds", etc)

As you said, you know both mean "OK" is good la
