法國紅酒知識

產區與年份

法國波爾多產區而言，最好的年份分別是：
1982年、1983年、1985年、1986年、1988年、1989年、1990年、1995年、1996年、1998年、1999年、2000年、2003年。

Suggested to add 2005, 2009 and 2010 but take out 1999 (just average) and 1988 (too tannic)!

You can drink wine to get high.
I appreciate wine and match it with the appropriate food to enhance the enjoyment.

A good bottle of wine needs to have the best soil,good weather, experienced wine maker and many good years in the cellar to mature.
