Steel structure 有貴又慢，判頭又少。起大樓邊有人會用丫。木結構，bd 都玩到你謝。所以你話，綠色建築係好好，不過真係 easier said then done.

而家d孽主其實已經比以前好好多，起碼rain water haversting 都肯做。哈哈。

其實北京道一號都有好多環保嘢.

Ching, do you know that the green features of 1Peking not really work much in HK.
PV panel, too common.
Active facade, most people think that its good. But in fact the main purpose of this curtain wall system is for cold climate area to insulate the cold weather outside and keep inside work. Popular in Europe.  But absolutely not necessary in HK.

zero carbon building真係要睇下佢RUN左5年之後既DATA先知, 不過HK好多野都係講快回 ...

Perhaps not many people knows. How Zero Carbon Building can achieve neutral energy use? Why their PV panels can generate such a big capacity?
Simple. There is a bio-fuel electricity generator.
Bio-fuel is more expensive than normal electricity. So if anyone want a green building, they can easily achieve if willing to pay.
Nevertheless, there are lot of other green features in ZCB worth to follow.

just visit the ZCB webpage and found those features...using PV and Biofuel to offset everything!

其實香港用多D PASSIVE FACADE SYSTEM 就可能已經OK. 例如用多少少SHADING.
PV PANELS... 貴又唔好用, 香港太多樓遮住哂, 更加唔係棟棟樓用到...
