8大口袋一角的硬币，18名银行工作人员从上午9点数到下午6点才清点了5000多元。这是昨天环城西路昆明市工商银行西市区支行为市民吴女士办理存款业务的场景。办理储存业务的吴女士说，这是她和丈夫打赢官司后获得的赔偿款。



去年9月底，吴女士在家附近的一家餐厅买了碗米线。吴女士看到碗比较脏，就要求换一个碗，当时店里的工作人员不换。吴女士和老板交涉后，老板同意退款。等到吴女士走出店铺50米左右后，餐厅里的一名工作人员追上来，说吴女士少给了5块钱。因为此事，双方扭打起来。此时，餐厅里又出来了两人帮忙。吴女士被打成脑挫伤，其丈夫被打断了三根肋骨，两人均住了一个多月的医院。



事后，吴女士将米线店告上法庭。今年6月底，法院判决餐厅赔偿吴女士6.8万元人民币。判决后，餐厅先通过律师赔给了吴女士3.8万元。8月9日下午5点多，餐厅负责人打电话通知吴女士去拿1万元赔款。吴女士和丈夫下楼一看，对方拉来了整整一车硬币，装了8个大口袋。

100% agree, you are so clever to know about this, this is not th efirst time, as i remember another time the bus pay the compensate money also pay back 1 dollars coins as well....

需然唔係點玩到當事人，但已經反影到強國人財大氣粗，氣焰 BIG 人

very long time ago in HK (i means 60 years ago), the rich men pay the compensate money to poor people with bandk check, and the poor people donot have the bank account, and make them trouble.

And Also China will bring up the complaint culture, I remmeber 3 year ago, alwasy take SZ flight to all China provision , and I become patinum memebr in Ctrip, and I book ticket back to SZ, and i received the confirmation SMS, and 30 mins later I received a call , saying the ticket cannot make it, aftter I chase why and I understand account make mistake and go to dinner without process my transcation and make my ticket seat cannot confirm. and they tell me I need to buy another ticket in extra money (expensive then original booked ticket)and the original ticket wil be refun within 10 days, and make me angry and annoyed I call ctrip to compaint, saying let you manager or senior guy to talk to me I have no money and if you cannot settle it I will announce to all CHina and HK web to shows how Ctrip to handel my case, eventually there is one Manager from GZ talk with me in Cantanese, settle down everything with free of charge and no need to pay extra and wait for refun......
So don't be gentlemen in China, otherwsie , you will be loss in time, money etc
