Personally, I think it is an excellent location--(need to have a car or taxi to Causeway bay, 5-10 mins) and the environment (Broadwood road is mostly residential, and on the hill-so fresh air....and not many cars...)Many Kowloon apartments have Victoria harbour seaview, but very rarely have both (Happy valley race course & a bit of victoria harbour sea view).....but 30K per square.....one can dream of...
