1966年, 樂隊 The Byrds 一曲 "Eight Miles High" 被指歌詞有暗示毒品的意味而一度被禁播, 該樂隊所有成員
均否認, 至解禁後不久, The Byrds 的 David Crosby 與 Gene Clark 同稱编寫該歌曲的靈感確實由毒品啟發而起。
