There is a good RTHK radio programme - 訢心事家庭.

The DJ is Ms. 鄧藹霖.

Her voice is sweet, she asked a lot of professional such as Psychologists, social worker, etc.

They will talk about family, how to teach children, how to live with parents.

Today, she asked Fireman to talk with their job, pressure, how to deal with pressure in their job.

壓力輔導組 of Fire Services Department how to help colleagues.

It is a good show, we should listen this for every Sunday at 10: 00 am.

i used to listen to it when i first come out to work 10 years ago and actually called for help.

我反而觉得讲东讲西更好听。
