V夾座 is not a wearable item, you only need to worry about it unless you change it from steel to titanium (you save almost 30g by replacing them).
As far as replacing V-brake pad is 眼見手工夫, it is not hard at all but setting it up properly without squealing is much harder.
Other than the brake pad, the bolt that hold the brake pad cartridge must be tight if not you will have a very noisy brake. If the bolt is worn out, replace it.
