News report that Octopus will deduct $5 every time you buy flags for charity.

We can use Octopus cards to buy Flags for Charity now.

HK$ 5 will be deducted every time.

Advantage: you need not use cash to buy flag,

Disadvantage: you need to use $5 to buy flags, not $1, $2.

That is the modernization of Hong Kong Society, we need not use cash to buy flags.

Remarks: This is a trial pilot scheme, we will donate money $5 from now on if this scheme is successful.

We cannot use we do not have cash as an excuse.  We may donate $5 to the Octopus card-reader.

i think it would be a good move, especially these days, people bring much less coins with them.
