由 Jack Wild & Mark Lester & Tracy Hyde 主演的電影, 原英文片名是 S.W.A.L.K. 是 ( Sealed With A Loving Kiss ) 的縮寫, 是傳統英式學生寫情信時, 在信封上的片語, 後來導演簡單直接地用上了女主角的名字 Melody, 而中文片名 - 兩小無猜, 則意譯了影片中的含意, 反映少男少女成長時對愛情和初戀的憧憬, 是很多人的青春回憶。
