大路嘅有波都，布根地，阿爾薩斯，仲有其他細區。其實有幾個問題要知
乜價錢？
鍾意花香味，熱帶水果味， ...

其實也少飲白酒，所以想聽聽有經驗的師兄意見，作為入門參考。
入門之選嘅話$300-400范圍，配食物就主要是前菜，例如沙律，海洋拼盤，特別係法國或愛爾蘭生蠔(就嚟食蠔季節)。
如果食沙律同法國蠔，布根地Chablis Chardonnay 同 阿爾蕯斯 Riesling 啱唔啱初學者？有冇推介？

配生蠔的話，Chablis 買普通的可以啦，唔使買 Premier Cru 或者 Grand Cru。隻酒酸度高D，淡淡柑橘，李子香加上礦石口味。配沙律同海鮮拼盤都可以。價錢 $150 - 250。貴嘅 Preimer Cru 同 Grand Cru 反而唔太啱。果味濃D，有時仲用埋桶，D 蠔會感覺腥 D。神水都有講。

Alsace Riseling 都係高酸，有李子，青蘋果，青檸香氣和礦物感。配配沙律同海鮮拼盤都可以。佢果感強過 Chablis，可能係咁好少用嚟配蠔。反而可以配清淡煮法的魚類，雞肉同豬肉菜式。價錢 $200 - $300。Grand Cru 會貴D。Asace Riseling 會有甜酒但價錢會去到 $500+ ，應該唔會買錯。

You are like comparing orange to lemon.  They are both citrus fruit but they are different fruits.

The 3 on the left are Bordeaux wine which are mainly made of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, with smaller portions of Malbec. They are grapes of strong favour.
The two on the right are Burgundy which are mainly made of pinot noir.  They are grapes of more delicacy and not as heavy in taste as the grapes in bordeaux.

They are all good wine but some are better than the other and the prices are very much different as well.

其實小弟不是評酒專家，也是即興飲返下而已
簡單來說，左邊三支比較濃 ...

A case of Burgundy vs Bordeaux. Then again they call a Pomerol (i.e. the Vieux Chateaux Certan) burgundy of the Bordeaux. Anyways, I am a Burg man and the Bonnes Mares (good mother) is really my thing. Just drunk a bit too young, IMHO. Another 10 years would be better. The 82s are of course well matured.

All 5 bottles are good wine.
The left three are Bordeaux, mainly cabinet sauvignon, shariz and merlot.  By nature, they are bigger wine in nose and in the mouth. More tannin as compared to burgundy.
The right 2 are Burgundy.  Mainly pinot noir.  Lighter in body, very floral on the nose.
They are all well structured, balanced and complex wine.
All 5 are top notch wine.
