i'm glad that the cop didn't give me a ticket for hitting another car.....only for no insurance.......however, the other guy's insurance called me tonight, he left a message to ask me call himi back....i will call him tomorrow to see what he wants......and that lawyer said that I hitted that guy's car.......ha, turn the situation around.....of crouse i already expect that he would say anything into his favor........

man, I better stop hangin' around with that girl..because I am facing the same situation I've been facing in previous experiences ( some guy shown up, and being jealous & curious..and I had to smooth things out~~).
Since his lawyer called you and left a message, probably they want you to pay an amount they will both satisfly..
My suggestion is, see how much they ask for to settle the case, you can make monthly payment as you wish.
DON"T EVER NEVER tell them where you from or citizenship. Worse comes to worse; you might need to go bk to HK & never come back to the States.
Bullshit your identity to them, try not to bring your case to the court.

I better give up on that because I met another guy today ( he was being jealous and uneasy; so I had to keep talking to make him relax).I've been experience with that type of situation couple of times already..weren't nice.
It is hard to find "just" a company with opposite sex in these days. Sure was nice talking with her in the past week ( on my vacation fr work). So I believe its time for me to leave & have a sweet memory.
We all need to learn how to let go sometimes..correct?
Don't understand why I'm always facing this type of shxt?? And others just have a normal & happy relationship??

2nd time; about a year.
3rd time; 6 months.
4th time; cut down to a week.
5th time; 2-3 days.
This time;....Idk, due to my bad past experiences & knowledge, I can let it go within 24 hours..or I can do a counter attack :) since I do understand more "modern warfare". I probably retreat at the moment, and do a little underground work :)

well, that reminds me the day when i come up with a question "you wanna be an evil or a sheep?" Does evil always means evil? Good always means good? So you don't mind to work and willing to pay them monthly? How about if the guy comes up with somekind of illness or disabilities in the future..and blame on the car accident? Think about it.
You are right, all we can do is follow our minds....but I am out of my mind most of the time
You still need to find a lawyer about your case, if not able to affort one, go to your service station or recruiting center & ask for assistance.
Even go to Afghanistan..your case probably will be waive.

Even I have money right at the moment, I can't really find a gal to screw easily...here is not LA; which I flip open the "world Journal" & make a simple phone call, some chick will at my front door within 20min

For some reason she always starred at me when I was there..then I bought a CD for us to listen to..I found a music magazine later, and she really like the pictures & we talked more about it ..then I promised her to make a copy of the CD for her.
Couple days later, I gave her the disc and the rare band's Tshirt to her..and she was very happy. I left rightaway because I have had to go to work.
I would call in sick and skip work if the same thing happened 10 years ago and spend a little time with the girl. But now once I see the girl happy, I will just go on and do what my time table is..
Strange, I just like to see someone I admired with a happy face..I don't really care much about spending time with them~~??
