very easy, terminology lobster has a pair of big claws while the crayfish has very tiny, Australian crayfish has red in colour when it is still raw.....and it is only Australian do

well, of course i'm Australian, i surely love Australian crayfish, it has more firm and tasty meat and flavour, it is quite difference with other crayfish no wonder it is very well known in market.
