basically, put red wines in the fridge for around 30 minutes before service is fine.
white/sparkling/rose/sweet should be pretty well chilled but not too cold.
again these are guidelines, some very good white burgundy/mature champagnes actually have to be served a little warmer than usual.
the more you drink the more you'll find out about your taste la~~ |
