Oh shit... I have just tried surfing 141 on my 3G data and the rating funct ...

141 may use some general VPN/Proxy providers IP addresses list.
Your ISP may allocate a new IP address to you (or 141 change).
You can have the following methods.
1. Waiting for 141's reply.
2. Request your ISP to give you a new IP address
3. Use some tools to change your IP address
4. Use your mobile 3G to access 141
5.  others

I think I have spotted my ISP has assigned a PGP code for my connection... like WTF...

Do I have to use my 3G data and smartphone to surf 141 forum from now on... ???

It was identified by Windows that the PGP is IPv6... I still have IPv4 (My IP address)... but somehow 141 is only reading IPv6 from me...

Latest update:

I have just disabled IPv6 from my network adapter setting... and 141 rating and note function is working for me again...
