Prostitution is illegal in Malaysia but it does exist.
Usually, Spas based in Hotels are safer than short term hotels such as Soo Chow, simply because the cops need to come in via an elevator or use the stairs so the spa ppl have time to give warning.
Pubs, health centers or short term hotels are a less safe as the cops can just walk straight in without anyone having time to give warning.
Also, the hotel based spas tend to have a 'working relationship' with the cops so they get warned before a raid.
But if you do get caught with a gal, just say she is your local girl friend or something. (thats why I usually ask the girls name & give them mine) Don't ever say that you engage her services or paid for sex.
Nothing illegal about bonking your girlfriend unless she is underaged, or a muslim.
You could also try one of the escort services here, usually can request for a local girl but not cheap. May be a little safer as the girl is going to your hotel room.

It depends on the girl.
Have the following types at the spas
1. Girls who only do massage, no hanky panky.
2. Girls who do massage but would add in a handjob for a tip.
3. Girls that do massage and extras.
4. Girls that only do hanky panky.
You would have to ask the captain at the spa. Make sure to ask what services are available & how much it cost. No fun to go expecting extras & the girl only does massage.
The last I heard was Thye Wan & New Savoy were at about RM170 to RM200 per girl (hanky panky).
Spas probably more.

Do post a report of your adventure at New Savoy.
The last time I was there was about 2 years ago & some girls have preferences in clients.
The one I wanted to select only chose old men.
The one I finally selected was ok though.
Standard service there should be
1. After selecting the girl & paying, the girl would lead you to a room.
2. Both you & the girl take a shower where she would wash you.
3. Go to bed, & she caps you for a covered blow job.
4. Then sex til you come or times up.
5. You dress & go to new world park for makan.

Let me know if this is still the case & how much the damage is there.

Very good.

Searched google yesterday, distant between the  hotel I booked to New Savoy just 9 mins walk, that's the reason why I wrote I will go to have a try.

I am not in Malaysia right now, I will travel to Malaysia in Feb so cannot come back to you at this moment.

I will let you know once I did.

Another place you can consider as well would be the Thye Wan Health Center on Penang Road.
Its about the same type of quality & pricing as New Savoy. Both places speak Mandarin, Hokkien, English & Malay.
More higher end places would be Berjaya Spa, Gurney Spa but do remember to ask the OKT if they girls provide more than just massage as not all the girls do.

Tried to figure out what you mentioned via google map, I can locate the  *New Savoy (mark as my Target)
*Berjaya Spa (mark as my Target)
Gurney Spa (Give up because it is far away from my accommodation)


But I cannot find the Thye Wan Health Center at google , any details address ?

I will travel Penang & KL at Chinese new year (February) , Chinese new year is a big festival in Malaysia? Less gals during this period ?

Yes bro, I'm from Penang.
Thye Wan located at Penang Road almost opposite Hotel Malaysia there is a pub called Soho Freehouse & Penthouse. Its just behind this building.

Hi Devilb,
If the girl knows you well enough, she may have sex with you. But it depends on girl.
From previous experiance, they usually just do only massage. Not all the girls do handjob either so if you are looking for release, this isn't the sort of place you want to go to.
Good for massage though.
