我昨天都遇到有条靓女主动加我微信，叫我在屋仑San PABLO AVE  等，去到有系有个男人打电话给我，叫我买卡，我马上收线撇，条女叫小芳芳，大家小心

Did you ask her beforehand if she will take cash?  I always do and some will say, they can only accept cards the first time.  Obviously, there is a big chance of scam but if it was some undercover cop, they cannot get anyone unless there was a transaction involving cash or similar to cash vehicles like credit card or check payment.  Anything else would not be a problem.
