Point scales from professional tasters are only meant to be guidelines for consumers.
A consumer should discover his/her personal preference in terms of the style of wine. The palate is very subjective and while Robert Parker prefers full-bodied wines that are opulent and in-your-face, it doesn't mean that the classical Bordeaux palate with a more subtle and intellectual flavor profile is any inferior to that preferred by Parker.
簡單D講, 環肥燕瘦各有所長..不能說因為某一隻酒只有90分就自動輸比一隻91分o既酒..一定要知道自己喜歡的風格.. |
