go bukit bintang area, in the street between the big shopping malls are a few "health club"
cost around 300 - 500 depending on quality and ethnicity. available local, chinese, indian etc.

i heard the beach club and hard rock is more suitable to the West.  But if you walk around that areas, maybe you can find some gems.
