信報】謂，大摩看好樓市，轉軚唱升5%。摩根士丹利轉軚看好本港樓市前景，
預測今明兩年本港住宅樓價每年各升5%，之前該行估計2014年樓價會跌10%。

【文匯報】指，大摩改口，樓價看升5%。樓市並未如預期般下行，業界紛紛大跌眼鏡，
再有大行一改年初「睇跌」口風。摩根士丹利將今年本港樓價預測由年初的跌10%改為升5%，料明年會再有5%升幅。

A lot of economists are saying that the next global economic crisis will be caused by China's property price collapse.  China's properties price has been declining for the last 3 months, and it is just the start.  李嘉诚 sold all his china properties half a year ago.  If properties price in China drop, Hong Kong price will drop too.
