中華民國 台灣「好用度」全球25名


英國旅遊網站「Movehub.com」引據最新「亨氏簽證受限指數」
（Henley & Partners Visa Restrictions Index）指出，
台灣獲得130個國家與地區給予免簽或落地簽待遇，護照好用度和梵蒂岡教廷同列第25名，
屬於前段班。  而芬蘭、瑞典、英國3國護照最暢行無阻。

「亨氏簽證受限指數」依據國際航空運輸協會（IATA）提供的資料，每年公布各國護照好用度排名。
最新2014年排名顯示，位居榜首的芬蘭、瑞典、英國，均獲得173國免簽及落地簽待遇。
美國護照則能免簽或落地簽通行172國，和丹麥、德國、盧森堡同樣位居第2名。

亞洲國家中，日本護照最能暢遊全球，獲得170國免簽或落地簽待遇，新加坡則為167國，南韓166國，
馬來西亞163國，香港152國，汶萊146國，中華民國 台灣以130國排名亞洲第7。

中華民國 台灣外交部昨天表示，台灣護照好用度高，表示在民主政治、經濟發展、法治社會
及國民素質等領域，都深獲國際社會的認同與肯定。

外交部指出，政府在2008年12月29日起，發行晶片護照，此外護照親辦、護照遺失快速通報等機制的建立，
也提升了我國護照安全性及公信力，爭取到更多國家的認同。



中國大陸護照只有43個國家免簽證，僅贏過北韓 / 朝鮮 （41國）一點點。

相較於歐美和亞洲國家，非洲和中東地區國家的護照好用度均屬後段班。

東非島國塞席爾（126國）和猶太國家以色列（144），是非洲和中東地區護照最好用的國家。

阿富汗護照最不好用，只有28個國家與地區給予免簽或落地簽待遇。

- In other words, Taiwan is not "no. 7".  Taiwan is last in "developed country".  All others after no.7 are developing/under-developed countries...  who are we kidding?  why compare with the developing countries?  比上不足..  
The 130 countries approved for Taiwan Passport (visa free or apply upon landing), I suspect many are developing or under-developed countries...  number itself might not be sufficient enough to judge..

I just checked movehub.com and couldn't find anything about Taiwan Passport info..  please provide the link.
I love the see Taiwan Passport being recognized widely and be proud of it!

「亨氏簽證受限指數」"The Henley & Partners Visa Restriction Index " - measures the "Freedom of Mobility",  which I don't quite think it is the same as "各國護照好用度".  I don't know who did the translation.
I did more research and found the index sheet,

As you can see, there are so many countries with the same number in the same rank.  In other words, there are 54 countries with more freedom of mobility, comparing to Taiwan.  Technically, Taiwan is number 55 by country.
If you look at the countries ranked after Taiwan, you might be depressed, which I was....  because those after Taiwan are really just developing or under-developed countries..
If Taiwan 外交部 released the news like the post, it is really misleading the people.  The fact is the fact..
I still love Taiwan and hope Taiwan to be better each day!
