新加坡航空 (SIA) 台灣分公司總經理異動，昨天（15日）由年僅32歲的張榮強接棒，原任總經理曾國銘轉任新加坡航空香港分公司總經理。

張榮強來台前，擔任新加坡航空印度卡納塔克邦區經理。

張榮強擁有美國史丹佛大學 （ Stanford University ）管理科學與工程碩士，2006年加入新航，並接受完整的專業及管理職務培訓，歷任新加坡航空總公司策畫專員及企業客戶經理，以及赴英國倫敦擔任新加坡航空歐洲區行銷經理。

新加坡航空表示，張榮強加入新航6年半以來，歷經策畫、企業客戶業務、市場營運管理等職務，累積在航空本業豐富的經驗與優越的
管理能力，為他接任台灣分公司總經理一職奠立堅實基礎。

I see & understand.  I know some friends who working in Singapore SIA group. They told me, if the company is appoint Mr. A to be as General Manager for Sri Lanka region operation there, and your company business name card also put your title / position, is General Manager according with your Appointment Letter.  Company IS not allow you add-in any title as you want.  All will be base on your Approval Appointment Letter, signed by your superior.   And that position will also subject to that country
Aviation Dept 航空局 / 民航局 and local Airport company to accept it.
