Endpoint security includes data leakage protection DLP and anti virus and Personal firewall. Major vendors used by enterprises are Symantec and Mcafee as they have wide range product features and provide better management. You may also check Gartner report which would show you who is market leader and who is niche player.
K is just anti virus but not complete end point security solution. You need to get a complete solution otherwise you may end up deploy a lot of stuff at PC that cause the ongoing support headache
