中國制造業成本優勢不再 日中小企業從中國撤離 (轉)

　　據報道，大型浴衣制造商東京印已經在緬甸建立了縫紉工廠，今年秋天就將開始生產。同時該公司還在緬甸最大城市仰光郊外的工業區內取得了地皮，設立了運營公司。投資額總計129萬美元。目前已經雇用了150名當地工人，生產的產品原則上銷往日本。

　　2007年時東京印的幾乎全部產品還都在中國大連的合資工廠內生產，但是低廉的工資對年輕人難以形成吸引力，很難留住人才。於是東京印在2009年、2012年分別在印尼和越南找到了合作工廠進行生產，從此開始了尋找人工成本低廉國家的征途。

　　根據日本貿易振興機構的調查，2012年1月仰光一般工人的月工資為68美元，只有大連的兩成。東京印計劃將海外產能的八成集中在緬甸，年產浴衣數量在30萬件，而且還考慮將目前仍然留在中國的一成產能繼續削減。

　　大型帳篷制造企業太陽工業將在柬埔寨生產物流包裝材料，目前已經在金邊郊外的工業區內開始興建工廠，計劃於11月開始生產。而其在中國的委托加工將逐步減少，直至全部轉移至柬埔寨。

　　外資零售巨頭上演“大撤離”

　　急於從中國撤離的不僅有中小企業，還有眾多外資零售巨頭。

　　據信息時報報道，繼沃爾瑪年關前關閉鄭州二七店後，昔日風光無限的韓資超市易買得1月9日宣布計劃將目前在華所有門店共16家打包出售，擬在中國退出賣場業態；而蔔蜂蓮花也在1月初關閉了持續虧損的北京草橋店，這並非外資超市首次在華關閉門店以止損。

　　有傳言稱，沃爾瑪內部已明確在2013年至2015年陸續關閉100家不盈利的門店。目前沃爾瑪在華約380家店，這相當於其要關閉約1/4的在華門店。雖然，沃爾瑪官方已表示否認。但有知情人士指出，沃爾瑪2013年的擴張將會明顯放緩，在2013年應該會關閉和調整部分門店，或許有數十家。而家樂福在去年也陸續關閉了西安小寨店、大連綠洲店、河南焦作店、長春春城店和紹興店。

　　由於中國人工成本不斷上升，近年來，不少外資中小企業開始轉向緬甸、柬埔寨等國尋找投資機會。

　　“由於人工、租金上漲，消費走低等導致零售業整體都在過冬，對於無法盈利的老店必須調整，關店止損是最直接方法。”時富金融分析師廉波表示，雖然這跟整體經營環境不好有關，但當前中國零售業呈現外資全國擴張、內資區域為王的格局，外資零售巨頭擴張過程中管理的難題已經開始慢慢顯現。現在中國賣場的管理基本上都實現了標准化，現在到了如何更好地適應消費者需求的時候了，特別是電商的介入讓零售業發生了翻天覆地的變化，新業態的競爭對手不斷出現，此時更需要外資零售巨頭做好管理層的本土化。

Even Japanese who famous in "smart" still cannot handle well and fall into recession that many years!  I 100% sure China Govt cannot handle it right away and avoid hard touching.

mid of this year the minimum wages in China will be increased again
trend to move out from China to other countries becomes much obvious and speed up

not just Japanese, also heard of Taiwanese to move out from GD provinces and move to 浙江

早期去浙江省一帶的台灣人很多已經落地生根

my uncle was a vp for a good size shoes factory for abt 20 years.
10 years ago it moved from China to VN.
it was simple math for them.  200,000 employee at 1 RMB cheaper per day = 6 mil RMB a month.  and i am pretty sure it is more than 1 rmb per day.

as for factories moving from GD to ZJ.  it is mostly abt material sourcing more than labor reason.  yea yea yea, i know the arguments abt ZJ has more labors than GD etc.  but that was 5 years ago.  today ZJ is short on labor just like GD and it tends to have higher salary base.  go figure.

shoes making has been moved out of China 10 - 15 years ago
one of the reason is price dumping and anti-China issue before China joined the WTO issue

At that moment, Vietnam is not yet well developed it's manufacturing business and the business man can enjoy lower wages and rental

one of the reason is price dumping and  ...

my own observation in the last few years.  VN is good for tiny operations.  can judge that from the # of CNs in VN atm.  mostly < 50 ppl tiny operation.  not too good for mid-small size operations.  can judge that from the # of operations keep moving back and forth between CN and VN.  big operations still in debate.
