John Lennon 1977年個人原創作品, 從未錄製成唱片, 直至1995年 Paul McCartney 要籌備製作 The Beatles Anthology 的特輯時,
他向 John Lennon 的妻子 Yoko Ono 查詢有没有一些 John 生前未曾公開面世的作品時, 由 Ono 手中交出的錄音帶, 其中有 Real Love
及 Free As A Bird 两首作品, 此曲後來配上由 Paul, George 與 Ringo 的後期音樂録製而成, 1997年蠃得 Grammy Award for Best Pop
Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, 同是 The Beatles 的第34張入美國十大細碟榜之一, 即由60,70,80,90 年代亦有入十大之列,
是 The Beatles 拆伙後25年的纪念作品!

Originally recorded by John Lennon 1977 on his own, the other Beatles re-recorded this song in the 95,
releasing it as part of their Beatles Anthology. Light on the lyrics and heavy on the melody, the song speaks
on the subject of the band’s break-up, asking the questions every Beatles fan was left with after the separation,
“Whatever happened to the life that we once knew? Can we really live without each other?”.
